making ice cream!!!

Today's lab was one of the best ever.
Why?? We get to make ice cream and eventually tasted it!!!

there you go
it is a total mixture of:
523.26g cream
150.00g white sugar
37.95g skim milk powder
288.79g 2% milk
and 1ml of vanilla extract

this is the machine for mixing the ice cream

this is the end product
look soggy and soft, but it is really sweet and tasty!!

anyways, punished myself to run 45 minutes in the gym
and walk home which used up 15 minutes
because i ate something SWEET 2day
